BlueView BV5000-1350 Data on Bridge Footer and Pilings. Inspection data can clearly shows debris, washout, and damage areas. The 3D mosaic was created using 3 overlapping, tripod-based scans and registered with Leica Geosystem’s Cyclone software. No position or navigation data was required to generate the mosaic. Point to point measurements can be made anywhere in the data.

www.hylax.com – The Hylax proprietary ScanVision Laser system is a laser system incorporating an inline vision camera system for high precision laser processing. The vision light path is in-line with the laser beam path, going through the galvanometers Scanhead system. The system offers a large processing area (Scanhead marking field) of highly precise (micron level) real-time vision check, fiducial find, workpiece drift compensation, pre/post mark inspection, laser processing, data matrix verification, and orientation check at ultra high speed (few milliseconds) without moving the workpiece. It eliminates the need for the conventional precision XY table, jigs and fixtures , which are expensive, and yet slower. This technology is widely adopted by manufacturers for various precision laser processing (welding, marking, cutting, drilling, surface processing etc).
